BEST BARS IN NEW HOPE, PENNSYLVANIA:
Greenhouse - is the most popular bar in New Hope. If you are looking for a fun crowd, great (and strong) drinks, friendly bartenders and a lively environment, Greenhouse is the perfect place for you! Greenhouse begins to get busy on the weekends around 10:00 PM and closes at 2:00 AM. In addition to the great night life, Greenhouse serves brunch, lunch and dinner.
The Logan Inn - is the best cocktail bar in New Hope. This classy and modern bar serves delicious cocktails and has an extensive wine list. My favorite cocktails are the Monte's Cello which consists of vodka, limoncello, vanilla, caraway and prosecco and the Ferry Fizz which contains strawberry rhubarb, lemon, Dolin Blanc and prosecco. The Logan Inn has two bars, each with a different atmosphere and ambiance as well as live music Thursdays through Sundays.
Nektar Wine Bar - located on West Mechanic Street in downtown New Hope is an off the beaten path restaurant and bar. Nektar has delicious wine and whiskey flights as well as an array of wine and beer options. I enjoy going to Nektar with a group of friends to try the variety of wines, order the tapas style food and have a great night out.
The Salt House - is a cozy relaxing bar and restaurant with outstanding cocktails. The Salt House is located inside of an old stone building and has a nice fireplace to add to the mellow ambiance. I enjoy The Gift of Gab cocktail made with prosecco, limoncello and basil as well as The Round Trip to Paris cocktail which consists of Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord, pineapple, elderflower and Absinthe.
The Playhouse Deck - is the perfect summer bar as it overlooks the scenic Delaware River and has large windows that are open in the warmer months. During the summer, I recommend ordering a drink at the bar and walking down to the Playhouse Deck's Adirondack chairs adjacent to the river. The phenomenal river views in combination with the delicious drinks will ensure a great afternoon in New Hope!
Havana - is a popular bar in New Hope with a large drink menu consisting of signature cocktails, mojitos, martinis, beer, and wine. Havana's is a fun location for a night out with friends as well as a great place for a drink on the outdoor patio in the warmer months. Havana draws a large crowd in the summer.
