The Wharfside, located in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, is an upscale, lively and fun venue for dinner after a day at the beach. The Wharfside is famous for their outstanding waterfront views of the Manasquan River and out of this world corn fritters. I highly recommend dining at The Wharfside with friends and family this summer to experience the upbeat atmosphere, great food and drinks as well as the stunning views.
The Wharfside has delicious food and drinks. For cocktails I enjoy the Point Martini which consists of Stoli Cirtros Vodka, St-Germain Liqueur and pear nectar. The drink menu has numerous draft beers, bottled beer, sparkling wines and more. Shortly after you are seated, corn fritters arrive to the table and which are so delicious you will be asking for more. Situated close to the fishing boats, the Wharfside has a variety of fresh seafood options. For dinner I order the spicy rigatoni a la vodka with garlic broccolini or the margarita pizza with a caesar salad. For dessert I recommend the chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream and the brownie a la mode.
The Wharfside is open Sundays through Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor covered seating as well as an indoor bar. No matter where you are sitting you are still able to see the beautiful Manasquan River.
